With a family of seven, this existing Colonial was bursting out the seams; in desperate need of additional square footage. All new siding, windows, and doors provides the house with a cohesive aesthetic on the exterior. Inside, a new open concept kitchen, informal dining-living room, along with a separate formal dining and family room provides plenty of room for friends and family. An abundance of storage closets and built ins helps to hide all the clutter that comes with a large family.
Upstairs, re-working the existing space combined with the added square footage allowed all kids’ to have their own bedroom, two shared bathrooms, and a generous primary suite for the clients. Added laundry on the second floor along with the other design elements now gives this family all the room they need to grow and age in place.
