While the late 1880s mansion that existed on site was demolished, the goal for the new build was to take traditional elements from what was once there and combine them with modern features to create a cohesive blend. “Twin peaks” and traditional rooflines blended with minimalism, clean lines, and neutral palates flow inside and out, while adding wood tones to add a warm feel. An abundance of fenestration from front to back directs your view to the water’s horizon as you approach from the street side.
